Warranty represents an unfulfilled opportunity to improve the profitability of any business. The bottom-line impact and customer focus of Sagar Group Warranty Management transforms claims processing. We care our honored customers by providing facilities of customer security and product warranty. For the customer security, Sagar Group will provide different products on ‘quota’ system in case of scarcity. Next, in case of price increment in some products, we will provide the products from our stock in same price as it was intially stocked. Neither we create artificial crisis to harass our customer nor do we fail to remember our responsibility. We follow the NBD (Next Business Day) policies to support our customer all over the Nepal - if the call is made regarding the service/support. We have nation-wide dealer and service network from which none of our customers have to  face the problems arising from maintenance and service of purchased products.

The product(s) sold from Sagar Group carry a warranty for the fixed period from the date of purchase.
|0| During the warranty period, if the product(s) is/are found defective then it will be repaired/ replaced according to the rules & regulation of the concerned Company.
|0| Warranty involves repairing of defective products/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product(s). All defective part(s) removed shall become the SAGAR’s property.
|0| All calls will be entertained during normal working days of the organization. (10.00 am to 5.00pm excluding holidays).
|0| Warranty voids if the customer directly or indirectly opens, alter or tamper with or in any way do any act during the warranty period, which would result in changes with the internal operations of the Unit. SAGAR Group shall not be responsible to serve in any such act (case of tamper as determined by its representative).
|0| SAGAR Group shall not be liable or be considered to be in fault for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control including delay in servicing due to non-availability of components, parts and/or accessories, labor problems, restrictions or regulations of the government and political issues.
|0| The warranty covers quality repairs and does not cover replacement of set.
|0| In case of any transit damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service center on charges and the warranty goes for given period.
|0| The warranty does not cover demonstration/installation of the product purchased.
|0| The warranty does not cover on any accessories external to the System.

|0| Repairs during warranty period shall be carried on “Carry In” basis. The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation to the Service Center.
|0| Warranty completely ends if the External cause happens such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power, burning, cracking and natural disasters like earthquake floods etc.
